Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy OTCU FX products from https://otcu.app.

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, sales tax / VAT, and payment-related customer service. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

The software itself is provided by OTCU and licensed to you under our License Agreement.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What you get

Each plan on our pricing pages describes what is included:

• One-time purchases give you a perpetual license for the versions covered by your purchase. If the plan includes a period of updates (for example 12 months), every version released during that period is yours to keep. You can renew updates at any time.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Where a plan says so, you keep a perpetual license for the versions released while your subscription was paid.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Delivery

Your license key and download are available immediately after payment on the confirmation page, via the button in your receipt email, and in your account.
