Privacy Policy
This policy explains what OTCU ("we") collects when you use https://otcu.app and the OTCU FX software.
What we collect
- Purchase information - your name, email address and order details, received from Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) when you buy. We never see or store your full card details.
- License information - your license keys, the plans you own, and activation records: an anonymous computer identifier (a one-way hash), the computer name you choose to send, operating system and Software version, and when it was last checked.
- Technical data - standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security and abuse prevention.
Why
To deliver and support your purchase, run license activation and updates, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy - payment processing, invoicing and tax.
- Cloudflare - hosting, storage and security for this website.
- Email provider - to send your license and sign-in emails (if enabled).
We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
Retention
Order and license records are kept as long as your license exists and as required for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we keep only what the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to processing. Email otcubusiness@gmail.com.
