License Agreement (EULA)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and OTCU ("we") for the OTCU FX software ("Software").

1. License

When you buy a license we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of computers stated for your plan (shown in your account), for personal or commercial work.

2. Perpetual and subscription licenses

A perpetual license lets you use the covered versions of the Software indefinitely.
A subscription license lets you use the Software while your subscription is active. Where your plan includes a perpetual fallback, you keep using the versions released while your subscription was paid after it ends.
Updates released after your update period ends require renewing your updates or an active subscription.

3. Activation

The Software is activated online with your license key. Activation stores an anonymous identifier of your computer so we can count activations. You can move a license by deactivating a computer in your account. The Software may check its license periodically while online.

4. Restrictions

You may not: share, sell, rent or sublicense your license key; circumvent the activation or license checks; reverse engineer the Software except as allowed by law; or redistribute the Software.

5. Your work

Everything you create with the Software is yours. You may use it commercially without attribution.

6. Trials

Trial versions are for evaluation only and may add a watermark or stop working after the trial period.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it, or if the payment for it is refunded or reversed.
